QuantumDrive provides planning and analysis tools for electric mobility, including estimates of routes, times, charging and costs.

The following are not permitted: fraudulent use, unauthorised access, reverse engineering, or any use that degrades the service.

You are responsible for the accuracy of your data and for keeping your credentials confidential.

QuantumDrive endeavours to keep the service available and accurate, but data on stations, times, traffic, range or prices may vary and are not guaranteed at all times.
7. Intellectual property
QuantumDrive's contents, trade mark, software and design are protected by intellectual property rights. Their reproduction or exploitation without permission is not authorised.
8. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, QuantumDrive shall not be liable for indirect damage or for decisions taken solely on the basis of the platform's estimates.
9. Changes to the service and to the terms
We may update these terms and/or the features of the service. We will publish the version in force on this page.
10. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Unless a mandatory rule provides otherwise, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Murcia, Spain.
